A Better Path Forward

A MESSAGE TO ALL CITIZENS OF BRADENTON

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am a devoted husband to my wife, Vivian, and a proud bunny parent to our two rabbits, Tucker and Mimi. My love for family reflects the values I will bring to public service: commitment, responsibility, and care for others.

My career in property management has given me practical, hands-on experience solving problems, managing budgets, working with residents, and protecting the value of neighborhoods and properties.

My commitment to our community isn’t something I decided when I started this campaign—it’s something I’ve been living out through my four years of service on the Bradenton City Planning Commission and other local boards.

In those roles, I’ve had the opportunity to sit across from neighbors, listen to concerns, and weigh decisions that directly impact the future of our city. I’ve reviewed development proposals and asked tough questions while preserving the character of the neighborhoods we call home.

Every decision matters because it affects real people—families, small business owners, and longtime residents who care deeply about where they live. That perspective has guided me every step of the way.

Serving our community in these positions has taught me the importance of listening first, being transparent, and doing the work—even when it’s not easy or popular. It’s also shown me that we need leadership that is present, accountable, and willing to stand up for residents.

That’s why I’m running for City Council—to continue serving, to bring your voice into every decision, and to help ensure that Bradenton remains a place we’re proud to call home.

As your next Bradenton Ward 4 City Councilman, I will bring principled leadership, accountability, and a clear focus on the issues that matter most to our neighborhoods.

I will serve with integrity, listen with respect, and fight for the future our families deserve. I will prioritize safer streets, stronger neighborhoods, and a higher quality of life for every family in Bradenton.

I will lead with integrity, listen to every resident, and stand firm in protecting the values that make our community strong.

I understand that strong communities require attention to detail, fiscal responsibility, responsive leadership, and a commitment to getting things done. That experience will guide my approach on the Bradenton City Council.

Keith's Top Priorities

RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE LEADERSHIP

We all want good leadership.  We all want leaders who listen to us and make decisions with our best interests in mind.

I understand that strong local businesses are the backbone of a thriving community. With a professional background in property management, I have seen firsthand how small businesses drive job creation, economic growth, and neighborhood vitality.

I am committed to fostering a business-friendly environment by reducing unnecessary regulatory burdens and ensuring that entrepreneurs have the tools and resources they need to succeed. I will advocate for policies that encourage investment in Bradenton, promote local ownership, and keep dollars circulating within the community.

By standing with small business owners and working to strengthen the local economy, I am dedicated to building a more prosperous and resilient Bradenton for everyone.

I understand that lasting progress requires strong collaboration between the public and private sectors.

Throughout my career in property management and community service, I have has seen how effective partnerships can deliver real results—revitalizing neighborhoods, strengthening infrastructure, and expanding economic opportunity.

I am committed to fostering public-private partnerships that leverage private investment while maintaining transparency and accountability for taxpayers. By bringing together local government, businesses, and community stakeholders and ensure Bradenton remains a place where both residents and businesses can thrive.

As your next Ward 4 City Councilman, I will champion practical, results-driven partnerships that put the community first and deliver measurable outcomes for the future.

IMPROVEMENTS TO INFRASTRUCTURE

Keith Green proudly supports the “Face It and Fix It” initiative — because Bradenton can’t afford to ignore the problems we see every day. From deteriorating roads and stormwater systems to long-overdue maintenance, Keith believes it’s time to confront these issues directly and fix them the right way.

He is committed to prioritizing infrastructure investments, improving drainage and flood prevention, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used efficiently and transparently.

Strong infrastructure isn’t optional — it’s the foundation of a stronger Bradenton.

SUPPORT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT

We all want the law and order necessary to protect our dignity, rights, and safety.  believe a safe community starts with strong support for the men and women who serve in law enforcement.

As your next Ward 4 Councilman, I will stand with officers, support responsible public safety funding, and work to ensure they have the training, tools, and resources needed to protect our neighborhoods. I am committed to keeping Bradenton safe by strengthening trust between residents and law enforcement, and making sure public safety remains a top priority.

My commitment to community service is best reflected not just in words, but in action. Through the First Responders Mass, I have brought together law enforcement, firefighters, EMS personnel, and residents in a powerful expression of gratitude and unity. This initiative honors those who put their lives on the line every day, while strengthening the bond between first responders and the community they serve. It demonstrates my deep respect for public safety professionals and belief that service extends beyond policy—it requires leadership, presence, and a willingness to stand alongside those who protect and serve. By creating this meaningful tradition, I have shown that real leadership is rooted in faith, service, and a genuine commitment to bringing people together.

I will support and protect the needs of the community by promoting partnerships between law enforcement and the community throughout the city to increase understanding, trust, and cooperation.  I will support our Chief's budget so that the department has the necessary resources to carry out their duties.

Faith in Action, Service Across Communities

Outside of my professional life, I volunteer as a nationally trained altar server in the Catholic Church, where I have developed a deep respect for responsibility, humility, and service. Serving in parishes both locally and across the eastern United States has been a meaningful experience—broadening my perspective and strengthening the values that guide my commitment to the community.
